Perfect! Manisha mam is AMAZING!!! She is a perfect meditation and pranayam teacher. I had never done meditation before and she has helped me and taught me all techniques and Pranayam techniques which helped me during my pregnancy journey. I have seen results in less than a month. Perfect! Deep and amazing meditation classes! Manisha is a talented teacher, it could be felt directly that strong knowledge and experience were being shared in her classes. My understanding of meditation improved amazingly, which helped me take a whole different approach on my daily routine, as well as being more calm and aware with regards to my current situation. I strongly recommend her teachings, it will allow you to throw away what’s stopping you from relaxing fully!

I love her because she is very flexible working with all ages. She is not just a Yoga Guru she is very good in Ayurveda as well. As I live in Russia at present I still do my private lessons with her.
