About Simone
Architect by profession, I dedicate myself to meditation from an early age that has accompanied my life supporting me in my paths, stimulating my intuition and will. I have been practicing meditation for 18 years, first Astral Travel and then Mediation, as a self-taught person. For about 2 years I have been holding weekly meditation groups of about 10 people in which I have been able to see the ability of this practice to instill new energy and awareness.

The practice I propose does not require any previous knowledge, it is spontaneous and natural, you will be guided individually or within a group, to reach the sensitivity of your body.
