I am a holistic wellness practitioner with 7+ years of experience guiding people toward healthier, more balanced lives. I’m a Yoga Alliance (USA) certified 500-hour yoga teacher, meditation and pranayama trainer, nutritionist, tarot reader, and spiritual life coach, with an MBA that supports a structured and professional approach to my work.
I teach Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and breathwork, helping students build a practice they can continue independently. My approach blends traditional wisdom with practical techniques for modern lifestyles.
Through yoga, mindfulness, and intuitive guidance, I support physical well-being, mental clarity, and personal growth. My aim is to create a positive, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself and grow at your own pace.

About the Meditation Class
