About George
After over 8,000 hours of meditation, the truth hit me like a tidal wave...resistance is suffering. I began with mindfulness meditation and explored my body, breath, mind, senses, and more. Over 12 years later, mindfulness had failed me miserably and I finally found joy in the form of acceptance. Now I teach others to do the same.
