About Andrea

I aspire to spread healing and joy to everyone around me. I hope to create a safe space for anyone to learn to meditate.

I was certified to teach by Dharma Moon after completing a 100-hour class.

Outside of teaching, I am an artist and skateboarder.

About the lesson

I learned to teach “mindfulness meditation” through the organization Dharma Moon in 2021. That is the practice I teach foremost.

We will sit and watch our breath. There are some nuanced instructions that I will happily help you understand.

This practice is for first-time beginners and also intermediate meditators.

I’m here to help you create and support your own daily practice so you can receive the benefits of meditation!
