About Betty

I am a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, meditation instructor, therapist, and hypnotherapy practitioner dedicated to helping people create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

For many years, I have worked with individuals seeking greater calm, clarity, emotional balance, and self-understanding. My approach combines mindfulness, meditation, relaxation techniques, therapeutic principles, anger management tools, and support for addiction recovery to help students develop practical skills they can use every day.

Alongside my work as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and therapist, I also work in the technology industry. Experiencing the fast pace and demands of the modern workplace has given me firsthand insight into stress, mental overload, and the importance of mindfulness in everyday life. This allows me to bridge practical, evidence-based approaches with meditation and personal growth, helping students apply these tools in real-world situations.

I believe that true well-being comes from learning how to work with the mind rather than fighting against it. Through meditation and mindfulness, we can develop greater awareness, reduce stress, improve emotional resilience, and build healthier relationships with ourselves and others.

I strive to create a supportive and welcoming environment where people feel comfortable exploring challenges, asking questions, and growing at their own pace.
