About Dori

My story and how I can help you
I have dedicated years to self-discovery through yogic practices and practices based on psychology and neuroscience. Today I am dedicated to guiding other people to integrate changes that help them reduce suffering and experience life in a more complete way through meditation.

How did I get here?
Because of traumatic experiences, I grew up conditioned by my fears. I lived much of my life in a paralyzing depression. I existed on autopilot. I followed the path I thought was right. I did what I thought I had to do. My whole life reflected the chaos that was inside me:

Procrastination
Depressive disorder
Anxiety disorder
OCD Symptoms
Social anxiety
Self-sabotage
Hypersomnia
Migraines
Financial chaos
Empty relationships
Low self-love
Insecurity
Lack of self-knowledge


Let me tell you more. In 2017 I was living in Denmark, I was studying something that wasn't really aligned with me, I had an unbalanced relationship, I was depressed and the worst thing: I didn't know how to get out of it. I suffered from hypersomnia, because I didn't want to wake up and face my life. Even though I never felt like I wanted to die, I did feel that my life was unbearable. However, I always had that feeling that there was something more in me (and there is for everyone), and that I had to continue. Even though I had no motivation to do anything, for some reason I felt the need to start practicing yoga and meditation.
And it changed my life.
I started practicing yoga and meditation, but it was immensely difficult because I had mental blockages that did not allow me to apply these practices with discipline and consistency. Later I decided to leave Denmark and continue traveling, exploring this beautiful planet and myself. The trips were experiences full of challenging moments that showed me exactly what I needed to work on. I began to notice that I had more metacognitive capacity (self-observation), I had the clarity to identify exactly why I did what I did, where it came from and how to modify it. I began to understand that within me lay all the possible potential to make my life what I wanted. And that through meditation and other exercises we are able to get rid of the layers that have covered our being and obscured that clarity that allows us to live from the heart and not from fear. What allows us to live in authenticity and coherence.
I have been able to discover who I really am, what my goals and values are, what nourishes me, what gives me joy, commit myself 100% to it and therefore, live my life with less suffering and more joy.
I have been able to undo blockages, harmful patterns, fears and access this space within me that is pure love. Love for this life, for all beings, for Everything.

Through different sources, our True Being is conditioned.
