About Mansi
I'm a full time yoga teacher working to create awareness among people for the importance of yoga and meditation for healthy mind and body. I've learned kundalini meditation, cleaning nadis and chakras, and relaxation meditation which will help in cleaning all sorts of impressions from mind which will further give a better state of mind to a person.

I simply work on a student according to his preferences. I divide my class into few segments that include pranayams, meditation, relaxation techniques which are very beneficial in reducing stress and retrieving peace of mind that we lose in this fast moving life.
