About Soumya
I have over 10 years of tutoring experience and have worked as a TA for various college-level chemistry and biology classes. I took my MCAT over 2 years ago and scored a 518 with a perfect score in the CARS section.
I studied for my MCAT while I was a full-time college student and have considerable experience creating study schedules for students who have other commitments to consider as well.
I have been an MCAT tutor for the past 2 years and have helped my students increase their scores in each section of the MCAT. I have also helped students edit all sections of the AMCAS application and secondary essays. I have worked closely with medical school admission committee members so I understand what they are looking for in an applicant. I will help you write essays that will optimize your chances of getting into medical school.
