About Vasilii
I am an entrepreneur who launched a startup backed by venture capital. I also hold an MSc from the University of Oxford and an MD, and I have spent a decade working in English across nine countries: from NHS innovation projects to investor pitches to international boardrooms. I'm not teaching from a syllabus. I'm teaching from experience.

My lessons are designed for professionals who need English that performs under pressure. Not textbook English, but the kind that lands in a boardroom, a consulting interview, a medical board presentation, or a high-stakes client call.
Who this is for
Doctors and healthcare professionals preparing for international exams or clinical roles, executives and managers communicating with global teams, candidates targeting consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Big 4), and anyone making a career pivot who needs their English to match their ambition.
How a typical lesson works
We start from your real situation: an upcoming interview, a presentation draft, an email chain, or a specific scenario you're struggling with. I don't use generic materials. Everything we work on comes from your actual professional context, which means every minute of the session has immediate practical value.
My approach
I focus on three things: precision (saying exactly what you mean), register (matching your language to the context and audience), and confidence (removing the hesitation that holds intelligent people back). I give direct, honest feedback. Not just corrections, but explanations of why something doesn't land the way you intended.
Lessons are conducted entirely in English. All levels from upper-intermediate upward are welcome.
