As a tutor and a researcher, I'm committed to the communication of scientific material in the most straightforward and comprehensive way possible, something which I emphasize in tutoring sessions. In developing your mastery of the scientific concepts and test-taking skills which will allow you to achieve the highest possible score on test day, my goal as a tutor is to equip you with scientific knowledge and a framework for thinking which will serve you in future endeavors as well. My name is Aria, I'm a Graduate Researcher in Neuroscience and I'm offering tutoring services for prospective medical applicants looking for tutoring for the MCAT exam. I have proven experience helping nearly a dozen students achieve 90th percentile scores in the past two years, and I'd love to share my services with you! Teaching style: My experienced teaching style incorporates personalized lesson plans and goal-directed, one-on-one tutoring sessions, to ensure you're meeting your academic goals comfortably and comprehensively. What you can expect: I offer our first meeting free to come up with a personalized lesson plan, that will work within your time constraints and diagnose areas to focus on. After that, I am open to weekly, bi-weekly meetings and guarantee asynchronous support to make sure we're staying on track.
