I’ve also struggled with weight loss and managed to lose 10kgs in one month in a very healthy way and without starving myself. As a medical student I know our bodies better than nutritionists and other dieticians and will help everyone our better.

My methodology is going to be very realistic and something what everyone can follow on a daily basis and make it consistent. It won’t require any fancy diets equipments. We will focus on changing our lifestyle and see the scientific approach to losing weight by calculating BMI, RMR, etc rather than just losing weight. We will also tackle other lifestyle diseases like diabetes, atherosclerosis etc.
