About Sree Lashya
I’m an HR professional working at Broadridge India, where I handle HR Advisory and Operations. I hold an MBA in Human Resources and Business Analytics, and I’ve been passionate about people management and employee engagement since my college days. I started my journey as an HR intern and worked my way up to a Process Lead, which gave me hands-on experience in HR functions, employee communication, and process improvement. Along the way, I realized that I truly enjoy teaching and mentoring students who want to build successful careers in HR and business. As a tutor, I bring a real-world perspective to every class — focusing not just on theory, but also on how HR works in corporate settings. My goal is to make learning interactive, practical, and enjoyable so that you gain both academic clarity and professional confidence. Outside of work, I enjoy singing, reading, and sketching, which help me bring creativity and empathy into my sessions.
