I believe that the job of a tutor is to instill the desire to learn in students and make studies more interesting .I try to achieve this by imparting strong conceptual knowledge to students first and then engaging them to work out the solutions themselves while constantly guiding them through.This way i do not end catch fish for my students ,rather help them learn the art of catching the fish and hence be independent .
