I hold an MBA in Leadership & Change Management from Ulster University and an MSc in Business with Financial Management from Northumbria University.
Alongside my professional career, I have experience training and mentoring team members in areas such as CRM systems, customer service, communication, upselling techniques, and performance improvement. My background combines academic knowledge with real-world business experience, allowing me to explain concepts in a practical, easy-to-understand way.
