About Aimée
I live with a sister who has certain learning disabilities. She was diagnosed with ADD at a young age and has always found it harder to study and understand materials than her peers did. I have been blessed with being able to take in loads of information at lightning-fast paces, which is why I have decided to study to become a lawyer. My early conscience of the difference between my sister and I made me very empathetic towards people who excel at things that may not be considered the norm, but struggle to focus and take in information in school. I know that it takes a lot of patience to work with younger people and I believe this experience makes me qualified.

I am very passionate about education and I sincerely believe that everyone should be well-versed in the ability to read and do basic functions in math. Afrikaans is my home language, but I am just as proficient in English. Students can expect a calm approach to their learning material, as I believe that learning shouldn't be seen as dreary and stressful, but rather as a privilege. I aim to work with students in primary school, as I find it more fun to help develop the potential they have to become students of life.
