About Cindy-Lee
Being a young adult puts me in a position to relate to my students and their young nature. I have always found myself helping people in a need of assistance therefore I feel I have a responsibility to share my knowledge with students. I aspire to become a teacher. Tutoring is a great way to teach before officially being a teacher. I enjoy getting to know my students and to learn about life from their perspective. Their view and opinions about life brings me such a sense of joy and interest.

I teach Afrikaans Home Language and Afrikaans First Additional Language in Afrikaans and English.
I tend to make myself aware of my students' academic position. This calls for me to establish grounded/positive relationship with my student. I engage in their interest; partially add active learning; notice and respond to students' disengagement in a timely manner and /or turning activities into games. I cover each topic completely and thoroughly as students deserve.
