About Norberto

As a student in high school, I was able to enjoy academic success, and I am devoted to passing my knowledge and tricks to those who are wanting to increase their academic grades. From my experience studying hard and sitting in front of a page is not the most efficient or effective way to achieve good grades, especially with such standardised tests such as GCSEs and A-Levels and students are much better off approaching the situation from a much more practical way, not only learning how to convey their knowledge best but what the examiners want from them and how to best approach typical situations during exams and maximise their marks. So if you are interested in learning any topics from your subjects the best way contact me. I also have a rich background in interviews for university, my experience with these is not limited to those I underwent at Oxford, I also interviewed at Imperial College where I am currently studying and have had the chance to talk with some interviewers this year and can give you helpful advice and prepare you through mock interviews for these.

About the lesson

As outlined in my experience below I approach my teaching in a practical and intelligent way, meaning that after understanding the main concepts we would move on to practising and begin to understand the types of questions that are normally asked in each topic, and as we will get to know exam boards only seem to ask certain kinds of questions, by knowing this we can focus on not only understanding the content but making sure we are writing everything we need to in order to get maximum marks. After building a solid base for most topics we will move on to more "synoptic" questions, which combine several topics in less familiar ways to students but will allow you to gain a better understanding of how best to answer complicated questions.
