About Ansley
I am a Pilates instructor based in New York, certified in Mat Pilates through Power Pilates. My focus is on helping clients develop a deeper connection with their bodies, enhancing spine flexibility, and creating a sense of flow in everyday movement. My goal is to build a strong relationship with you, fostering confidence in your movement both inside and outside of fitness. I believe Pilates can be a powerful tool for mindfulness and overall well-being, and I’m here to support you on that journey.

We'll begin with a general mat assessment, where we’ll move through the foundational Pilates exercises at a slow pace, using just a yoga mat. This will help us focus on proper technique, ensuring that your core and body are fully engaged. In subsequent sessions, we’ll gradually introduce new exercises and work on improving your flow, building strength, flexibility, and confidence with each class.
