About Katherine
I have almost ten years of experience with Pilates, and I decided to get certified as I love it so much. I am an attentive and patient instructor, knowing that the body is a machine and requires full spectrum care. As a survivor of scoliosis, I understand the importance of spinal health and core strength for overall wellness, and I integrate my experience into my practice.

My lessons are based on YOU. We check in every session and review your long-term body goals, and you commit to a low & slow practice. Each session is different, as your body’s needs may shift each day. We target major and minor muscle groups, and we start and end each session with breath work.
