About Anisha
I am a certified Pilates, Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal instructor with strong experience training clients in India and Dubai. I specialize in mindful movement, core strengthening, women’s wellness and functional mobility. My teaching style is clear, supportive and alignment-focused, ensuring every client feels safe, confident and empowered. I combine international exposure with a deep understanding of body mechanics to create effective, personalized sessions. My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger and build long-term wellness.

My classes focus on slow, controlled movements with proper alignment and breathwork. I guide you through each exercise with clear cues so you feel confident and safe.
