A highly skilled music teacher with a master’s degree in music, 15 years of performance experience, and a decade of teaching expertise. Dedicated to inspiring and guiding students through a deep understanding and appreciation of music, blending technical excellence with a passion for the art form

About the lesson

As a music teacher, my approach is rooted in fostering a strong technical foundation while encouraging creativity and self-expression. I tailor lessons to each student’s goals, focusing on technique, tone production, sight-reading, and musicality. I incorporate a variety of teaching tools, including scales, études, and repertoire that spans multiple genres. My lessons emphasise active listening, improvisation, and the importance of practice routines. Above all, I strive to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment where students can grow as musicians and enjoy their musical journey.

Over the course of about 10 lessons, he has shown himself to be a very good listener who takes feedback on board and applies it well during practice. He also has a clear sense of what he wants to achieve with the saxophone, which makes the learning process focused and productive. His enthusiasm and willingness to improve make him a pleasure to teach
