If you need help in ranking up, I would charge depending on my game that day(100 per game if im in good form, otherwise 50 per game but will play purely as supporter) . I have been ranked gold 1 for past 2 seasons and was plat 2 a couple of seasons back. I solo queue most of my placement games.
