About Himani
I have given concentration and flexibility enhancing trainings to kids, Regular yoga for women, Menstrual disorders management, general yoga sessions, prenatal and postnatal yoga, therapeutic yoga to the patients of diabetes and spinal problem.
I like to inspire people with the practice of yoga and help them connect to their own personal wisdom, healing and expansive potential. At the same time secure the role of a professional yoga teacher.
