About Sarah
I have completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, where I developed a strong academic foundation in areas such as psychopathology, cognitive psychology, therapeutic approaches, and research methods. My training has allowed me to understand psychology both from a theoretical perspective and through real-world psychological applications.
Alongside my coursework, I have also been actively involved in academic research. I had the opportunity to conduct research under the guidance of a PhD professor after being selected through a competitive academic scholarship program. This experience helped me develop strong skills in critical thinking, psychological analysis, and scientific writing. I have also worked on academic papers and research-based projects, which has strengthened my understanding of how psychological theories are studied and applied in real-world contexts.
These experiences shape the way I teach psychology. I encourage students not just to memorize concepts, but to understand how psychological ideas are developed, tested, and applied. This approach helps students build deeper conceptual clarity and perform better in exams, assignments, and discussions.
I aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style depending on the student’s needs, pace, and academic goals.
My goal is to help students feel confident in their understanding of psychology and develop the ability to think about human behavior in a thoughtful and analytical way.

Psychology is often taught as a subject full of theories and names to memorize. My goal is to change that experience for students. I focus on helping students understand why psychological ideas exist, how they connect to real human behaviour, and how they can be applied in real-life situations.
With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, I bring both academic knowledge and practical psychological thinking into my teaching. Instead of rushing through slides or textbook definitions, I guide students through concepts step by step so that they can build a clear mental framework of the subject.
My sessions usually begin by identifying what the student already understands about a topic and where the confusion lies. From there, we unpack the concept together using simple explanations, real-world examples, and discussions. Once the foundation is clear, we move to applying the idea to exam questions, assignments, or case-based thinking.
A typical class may include:
- Breaking down difficult theories and psychological models into simple ideas
- Understanding how different concepts connect across topics
- Practicing how to structure strong answers in exams or assignments
- Discussing case examples to make abstract ideas more concrete
Students often find that psychology becomes much easier once they start seeing the logic behind the theories, rather than trying to memorize everything.
My classes are intended for school students studying psychology as well as undergraduate and postgraduate psychology students who want help understanding concepts more deeply, preparing for exams, or strengthening their academic thinking in the subject.
