About Nasreen

I am an artist guiding my students towards self-reflection, helping them create authentic work true to their experiences. I also ensure they gain strong knowledge of art history and practice, learning how to navigate, analyse, and connect ideas critically to strengthen both creativity and understanding.

About the lesson

Teaching artists to draw inspiration from art history and theory ensures knowledge supports creative practice. By connecting past movements with personal expression, they develop original ideas, deepen critical understanding, and strengthen artistic identity through informed, reflective, and innovative practice.
