About Shankar
I am a leadership strategist and communication coach with a background in driving organizational themes and business targets (including the 75 Cr "Year of ONE" strategy). I don’t teach "soft skills" or "public speaking" in the traditional sense. I teach the Internal Architecture of Communication.
Most professionals struggle because they focus on the 10% (the How)—the words, the gestures, and the rehearsed scripts. I help you master the 90% (the Why and What)—the internal state that dictates whether you are perceived as a leader or a follower.
My Philosophy: The Iceberg Method
Communication is a biological and strategic exchange of energy, not just information. If your internal state is "blurry," your message will be noisy. I specialize in:
The Fear Quotient (FQ): Calibrating your internal noise so it doesn't hijack your body.
The 3C Framework: Building Confidence as Presence, Clarity as Respect, and Conciseness as Value.
