About Tejashvar
Hello, I’m Tejashvar K R, a passionate guitarist, writer, and developer who believes that music is the ultimate language of expression. Being a student at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) and an active professional, I bring a disciplined yet highly creative approach to the guitar. I don’t just teach you how to play songs; I teach you how to understand the fretboard, master rhythm, and develop your own unique sound.
My background in software engineering allows me to break down complex musical theory into simple, logical patterns that are easy to grasp. I pride myself on my patience and professionalism, ensuring that every student feels encouraged to explore their musical potential. Teaching Techniques & Methods
My method is built on The Fretboard Logic Framework. I strip away the confusion of music theory and focus on the "patterns" that make the guitar intuitive.
Geometric Learning: I teach scales and chords as visual shapes and intervals, making it easier for your brain to map the neck.
Rhythmic Foundation: We focus heavily on "The Internal Clock"—using metronomes and groove exercises to ensure you don't just play notes, but play music.
Ear Training: I incorporate "Active Listening," helping you learn to pick up melodies and riffs by ear, just like a professional.
The Structure of a Class
The Dexterity Drill (10 mins): Finger independence exercises and warm-ups to build muscle memory and strength.
Concept & Theory (15 mins): Understanding a new scale, chord voicing, or theoretical concept (the "why" behind the sound).
Song Application (25 mins): We take that theory and apply it to a song you actually love. We’ll break the song into "modular blocks" for easier learning.
The Jam Session (10 mins): A creative recap where we improvise or play along to a backing track to put your new skills into practice.
