About Massimo

A passionate, self-taught bass player with over 36 years of experience, committed to creating dynamic and engaging musical experiences. My versatile style effortlessly adapts to diverse genres, delivering solid rhythmic foundations both on stage and in the studio. Dedicated to continuous growth, I've collaborated with acclaimed artists, mentored aspiring musicians, and performed at prestigious venues, reflecting my deep love for music and strong work ethic.

About the lesson

Dear Future Students, Are you seeking a learning experience tailored just for you? My personal approach to private tutoring revolves around understanding your unique learning style, strengths, and areas for development. I believe that education is not a one-size-fits-all journey, and that's why I design lessons that cater specifically to your needs. Through one-to-one sessions, I cultivate an environment where you feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. My method involves not just teaching content but also fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and self-confidence. I adapt my strategies to match your pace, using interactive techniques and real-life examples to make learning engaging and meaningful. Together, we'll set achievable goals, track your progress, and celebrate your successes. My commitment is to support you every step of the way but also develop a genuine love for learning. Ready to embark on this educational journey? Let's work together to unlock your full potential.

Massimo is a generous, inspiring and attentive bass teacher.
He asked me the right questions, gave me a lot of feedback and pro tips on how to play and what type of songs to look for, tools and performing tips.
All delivered with a smila and can-do attitude that comes from a lot of experience.

Having met him while he was organising gigs at our local music hangouts, and having seen him perform with a variety of artists, I am quite confident of his experience and expertise

I look forward having more sessions with him

Massimo is a brilliant teacher. He makes complicated songs feel easier, and is so adaptable. I’ve been his student for years, and wouldn’t have the confidence to perform without him - he’s so experienced, he shows you how to be confident on stage.
