About Ria

I'm here to help you achieve your growing potential. I take a calm and individualized approach to aid you in moving from a place of potential struggle to mastery of the material. There are no dumb questions in my view, everything is a learning opportunity, so please ask away!

About the lesson

-I like to get an overview of what my student is learning and struggling with. I create an individualized plan based on my student's current performance and how they may learn the subject best.
-A typical session will include reviewing material and hard questions, learning the current week's material, practicing problems, and looking ahead to next week's material.
-As a student, I understand that a flexible approach is what each individual may need to learn a subject better. I adapt my teaching style based on how my students respond to different techniques. I make sure that they truly understand the material and have a safe space to ask any questions or clear any doubts.
-My lessons are for grades 1-12.
