I teach courses in and in Business Law (Commercial Law: commercial leases, goodwill, corporate law, banking, competition law, IP/IT ...), and civil law ( matrimonial, contract law ...) My classes are intended primarily for undergraduates. My teaching technique differs depending on the student's needs: gaps in some areas, difficulties regarding the various legal exercises, need advice to be more effective in preparing the TD being introduced ... law I teach entitled to prospective students in the region of Lille and Saint-Omer. I am currently working for a major company in télécommunications, and will enter Bar school.
