About Eve
I am currently studying an MPhil in American History at the University of Cambridge, having specialised in American studies during my history undergrad at Durham. Having studied History, English and Economics at A-level, my knowledge of the US as part of the wider world - in its poetic, political, market-based and historical form - is expansive, and so I can offer to student a comprehensive understanding of American studies and how it intersects with multiple spheres of study.

With an in-depth knowledge of the American past and how it affects the American future, I can offer thematical, contextual and critical studies of the complex economic, political and social systems that uphold America - how they were birthed, how they changed and where they are now. This can be taught through the lens of a students particular interest area, set text or policy focus, or in a more educative style helping students understand how the political system works, the recurring motifs and ideological powers, and how these play in social, economic and political histories.
