With years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist and nutrition coach. I use a mix of theoretical knowledge and practical application to help clients build sustainable habits.
Languages: I am proficient in English, Sepedi, and Isizulu, so I can teach in either language depending on the student's preference.
