About Sandra
I earned my Master of Science in Mathematics and have spent five successful years working as a specialized calculus tutor. My teaching journey has allowed me to guide high school seniors and university undergraduates through challenging math courses. I recall helping a college freshman who was struggling significantly with advanced integration techniques and infinite series.
We used visual graphs and systematic formulas to simplify the topics until he could solve complex problems independently. He ended up earning an A grade in his calculus sequence and felt incredibly proud of his hard work. I strive to make my online learning space highly supportive, organized, and focused on your specific academic targets.
I understand that calculus can feel intimidating, so I always explain concepts using very simple and conversational language. Let us work together to unlock your mathematical potential and secure the top grades you deserve. Please book today.

I use a highly structured, concept first approach to make advanced calculus ideas clear and accessible for every student. We start by exploring limits through graphical estimation and algebraic manipulation to build a rock solid foundational understanding. Derivatives are introduced using rate of change concepts, followed by intensive practice with optimization and curve sketching applications.
Integrals are mastered by connecting area calculations to the fundamental theorem of calculus using step by step problem solving. We examine differential equations by looking at physical applications like population growth and radioactive decay models to see calculus in action. My teaching approach focuses heavily on helping you connect algebraic expressions to their corresponding geometric graphs seamlessly.
I offer comprehensive exam preparation and problem solving strategies for students facing AP Calculus, college courses, or competitive exams. We analyze past test papers together to identify common tricky questions and learn effective time management techniques. Every lesson is designed to be highly interactive, ensuring you actively solve problems while receiving continuous guidance.
