In today's lesson, students will explore the fundamentals of research methodology, focusing on the importance of selecting appropriate research designs, data collection methods, and analytical techniques. This knowledge is essential for both academic and professional success, particularly for those aiming to excel in the IELTS exam. To reinforce these concepts, students will engage in practical exercises, such as developing research questions and conducting mock surveys. Additionally, the lesson will incorporate ESOL training elements to enhance students' English language proficiency. Through targeted listening, reading, writing, and speaking activities, students will improve their language skills, which are crucial for effective communication in research and achieving high scores in the IELTS exam. By the end of the lesson, students will have a comprehensive understanding of research methodologies and enhanced language abilities, empowering them to succeed in their academic and professional pursuits.

Refat has been employed by me as an ESOL and Employability tutor, where he has proven to be a hardworking and diligent member of the team. Refat brings quality to his classroom, keeping learners engaged and taking joy in their achievements. He is not only technically adept in his subject area, Refat is also skilled in identifying learners needs and goals, a 'human' element required in working with this client group. It has been a pleasure to have Refat as part of the team.
I work in the UK for DWP ( Department for Work & Pensions ), within Jobcentreplus Employer & Partnership relations. Dr Refat helped me to devise, develop and deliver an "IELTS" Language programme on a Refugee Project in Middlesbrough UK. This project also involved Middlesbrough Borough Council & NHS North East Refugee Healthcare Professionals. He delivered IELTS tuition in Advance use of the English Language to professionally qualified refugee Doctors/Healthcare Professionals/Engineers etc. requiring IELTS needed for them to progress and return to their careers in the UK . Dr Refat is a remarkable individual who apart from outstanding academic ability also demonstrates very high emotional intelligence.. He is a natural communicator who is able to intergrate into any team with ease . He has consistently demonstrated the ability to change and adapt and also consider employment opportunities outside of his field of expertise. In my 32 year career within the Civil Service I have met few people with a skill set such as his, and would not hesitate to recommend him to any organisation seeking my opinion.
