About Cherun
I am Native Indonesian language and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Padjadjaran University, Indonesia, and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Curtin University, Western Australia. Together, these academic achievements provided a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and strategic planning. With over 15 years of experience in sales and account management, I developed a deep understanding of client relations and business development, which I furthered during two years as a Sales Trainer focused on coaching and mentoring teams.
To transition into the field of education, I recently completed a Certificate IV in Education Support and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. I am currently deepening my expertise by pursuing a Graduate Diploma of Education at Curtin University and a Diploma of Counselling. Additionally, I hold certifications in Hypnotherapy and the ESP Silva Method; these allow me to apply advanced techniques in focus and mental clarity to help students and professionals reach their full potential.
After 15 years of leading teams in the business world, I discovered that my true passion lies in helping others grow and succeed through learning. I chose to become a teacher because I want to share the tools for success such as focus, mental clarity, and confidence with the next generation. I am particularly excited to teach Mathematics, as I enjoy showing students how numbers solve real-world problems, and the Indonesian language, which allows me to share my heritage and help students connect with a different culture. My goal is to create an engaging environment where every student feels supported to reach their full potential.
