About Saeid

I'm currently a researcher at Carleton University. I hold a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from the University of Victoria (UVic). I have worked with high school, undergraduate university students through one-on-one sessions and small-group classes, providing over 5 years of physics tutoring experience. I also have six years of teaching assistant experience, including two years with the Physics Aid Service at UVic, supporting undergraduate students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation. I have assisted students in a wide range of courses, including PHYS 102A, 102B, 110, 111, and 216, as well as Electricity & Magnetism and Quantum Mechanics.

About the lesson

I follow an in-depth, student-centered approach, helping students not only understand course material but also develop the skills to tackle new conceptual problems independently. My teaching emphasizes visualization of concepts to make abstract ideas more intuitive. I encourage active participation, prioritizing student questions and fostering interactive discussions to ensure a deeper and more lasting understanding of physics.

She is very good student with lots of talents. She has a good understanding of physical laws and can analyze most physics problems quantitatively. She seems to need a focus on formulas and solving physics equations. I believe she can enhance her physics very fast.
