About Tobiloba

I am a very humorous and down to earth person who believes in happiness and well-being, I am also a nutrition and dietetics expert who possesses a bachelor's degree and master's degree in nutrition and dietetics, teaching people the art of therapeutic nutrition in critical life stages like pregnancy breastfeeding child-nursing. I also offer weight loss and weight gain programs as well as disease management to elderly individuals.

About the lesson

I am a teacher who brings simplicity into learning, i believe there are endless possibilities of improvement when a student is encouraged and i do that a lot. Nutrition management is not a one size fits all, so I adopt individualized teaching methods and solutions depending of the nutritional problem and the situation surrounding it. I also ensure that nutrition solutions are provided based on behavioral change communication so ensure results are sustainable and longstanding. Lastly, i believe any diet should not deprive the patient the quality of life obtained from eating their favorite foods.
