My name is François Souyri. I’m a Microsoft 365 trainer and consultant based in London, with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. I specialise in helping professionals and freelancers become confident and effective with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and more recently, Microsoft Copilot. My background spans both technical development and end-user training, which means I understand not only how the tools work, but how to make them work for you. Teaching is not just something I do – it’s something I care about deeply. I’ve seen how much time and energy professionals waste simply because no one showed them how to use the tools properly. My goal is to remove that frustration and replace it with clarity, confidence, and real productivity.
