Hello, I'm David. Let me tell you a little about me. Professional Recognition and Qualifications  Fellowship from the Chartered College of Teaching (2019): Honoured with a Fellowship in recognition of my contributions to education.  Master’s degree in Educational Leadership: Earned from Buckingham, providing a strong foundation in educational theory and leadership practices.  Fellow of Chartered Management Institute FCMI in recognition of my experience as a leader and manager within educational settings.  Fully qualified teacher with PGCE and BSc (First Class). For the last twenty years, I have been privileged to work with, and lead, some of the best educators and most committed children. There is something deeply satisfying about working with an individual child and seeing that "lightbulb" moment.
