About Nobesuthu

I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT). I have since developed interest in academics and business management. I have acquired very robust business management skills. My leadership style is proper planning. I believe if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. I am target-driven and productivity is the key to achieving the desired results. I have learned that a good attitude is the key to any business success. I pride myself in my ability to communicate at all levels helping a potential student. My Master’s degree in Business Administration underpins a track record of 5 years’ steady progression in the higher education sector, of which 15 years has been at a senior management level. I share knowledge openly as part of a quest to empower others. I value efficiency and professionalism. Being self-motivated aids in being willing to be innovative and try new ideas. By default, therefore, I am flexible and ‘move with the times’. I am a perfect antidote in stressful situations, allowing my innate collegiality to shine. I have an open-door policy and thrive when working in a highly diverse environment.

About the lesson

The best teaching strategy is understanding the students and responding to their activities and needs proactively. Clearly communicate the learners' responsibilities and encourage participation to ensure understanding in each class activity. Proper planning of course material before commencing class is vital. I communicate in English effectively and am always on time for lessons. My lessons are aimed at students that require assistance in understanding English content, proper use of English grammar with vast knowledge of business management, Research, Tourism with more than 15 years of work experience in the Tourism corporate industry, so I understand foreign languages and accents.
