About Shiva

Hello! I’m Shiva, a passionate and dedicated chess coach with a deep love for the game. As a FIDE-rated player and 5-time KVS National participant, I have honed my skills over years of competitive chess, achieving numerous milestones, including being a 3-time District Champion in Ajmer.

My journey in chess has not only been about winning titles but also about understanding the nuances and strategies that make this game truly special. I have a strong background in teaching, having successfully guided students through one-on-one coaching, and I believe in creating a personalized learning experience for each student.

I’m fluent in both Hindi and English, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of students. My teaching style is inspired by grandmasters like Mikhail Tal, focusing on dynamic, aggressive play and a deep understanding of tactical themes. I aim to make each lesson engaging and tailored to your specific needs, whether you are a beginner or an advanced player looking to compete.
