About Jerry
Confidence grows when your hands finally move across the fretboard without hesitation. 125 students have successfully navigated my curriculum to master chord transitions and blues progressions. Teens and grade exam candidates receive the same technical focus on tuning and maintenance as my hobbyists. The structure of my approach relies on 8 years of experience to ensure every student understands how to read tabs and sheet music.

Giving others the ability to create art drives my desire to share the fretboard with my students. Guitar is my primary language.
I hold a Master of Arts in Music Education from McGill and have supported over 125 students in their personal growth. My students range from teens preparing for grade exams to adult hobbyists looking for a creative outlet. Blending my background in linguistics and music helps me explain complex fingerpicking patterns to those who might otherwise struggle.
I view my role as a cultural bridge for newcomers and locals who find their footing in Canada through the shared language of song. The studio is a place where I truly feel at home.
