About Emily
I am a London based cellist who has a Bachelor's First degree from the Royal College of Music and Masters from the Royal Academy of Music. I am a keen solo cellist as well as established chamber and orchestral musician and have performed with professional orchestras. I have performed at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall in the BBC Proms, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Wigmore Hall and others. Sharing my passion and love of music and the cello are my main inspirations. I have a passion for teaching and as I continue to enjoy my music and pursue my own personal development, I share all my experiences with my students to encourage them on their journey. I have taught 1-1 and group cello lessons for over 6 years to a range of all abilities and ages. Lessons can be either 30mins-1hr depending on ability or preference. My aim is for lessons to be fun and new as well as focusing on setting up a great technique and foundation to becoming a very able cellist!
