About Tessa
I am an accomplished 7th degree black belt who has been training since the age of 7. My credentials are as follows.
World Championships Seoul Korea 1985- bronze
Pan American Championship Guayaquil Ecuador 1986- gold
World Championships Barcelona Spain 1987- bronze
1988 Olympic team member.
Canadian National Champion from Junior division through adult (over 10x Canadian and provincial Champion.
Many international winnings added to
My accomplishments as well.

I have been a martial artist for pretty much my whole life. I am a Pan American Champion, 2x World Champion medalist 2x Canadian National Champion many times as well as a Canadian Olympic athlete 1988.
Students will be working on conditioning along with developing martial arts techniques.
