If you are serious , and motivated to have me train you, then you will get the best of me. I have a uncanny way to make people visualize and see so that the body may follow. Like Bruce Lee has said , " A fight is like a play , but played seriously". The Same applies to anything in life. there is a fine balance between being serious at your sport , and not taking it to the life and death level , that's sure to hold you back from your best .

Perceive it all healthy, in a productive way. A Flow State. Get past barriers, mental, and emotional blocks. I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Practitioner, and the flow state is what we are taught to excel in this martial arts. but the great thing is this mental approach can be applied to any sport in the world.
