About Alena
I am a Psychology postgraduate with an M.Sc. in Psychology with Clinical Specialization. I have always been interested in understanding human behavior and sharing what I have learned with others. I enjoy explaining Psychology in a simple and relatable way, and I believe learning becomes more meaningful when students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. Through my classes, I hope to make Psychology easier, more interesting, and enjoyable to learn.

I believe Psychology becomes much easier and more interesting when we truly understand the concepts rather than simply memorizing them. In my classes, I focus on clear explanations, relatable examples, and interactive learning. I encourage students to ask questions and learn at their own pace, while providing personalized support based on their learning needs and academic goals.
