About Hazel
I’m a Physics tutor with 7 years of experience and an MSc in Applied Physics. My teaching focuses on optics and wave physics, especially the behaviour of light, sound, and electromagnetic waves. I use ray tracing to help students visualise how light moves through different media. Interference and diffraction are broken down using clear examples. These concepts connect strongly to modern technologies. Students studying photonics and telecommunications find the applications especially helpful.
