About Pinky

I am a student myself and always correct people’s grammar or spelling errors. It came naturally to me since I have always been a bit of a bookworm. I used to write my friends’ essays or do their homework since it got them bonus points when they used ‘big’ words. I am known to be friendly. I have no degrees, but I can help with basic spelling and grammar skills in both English and Afrikaans ages 7-17.

About the lesson

Helping with the basic needs such as spelling and grammar can unlock a door to more than just speaking on a higher level. It gives confidence. I speak fluent English and Afrikaans. I am able to tutor in both languages. Depending on the learning level the student is, methods vary from flashcards to task-based learning.
