About Faith
I am an enthusiastic piano tutor with 11 years of experience teaching students from school, college, and professional backgrounds. I believe that learning piano is a journey that combines skill, creativity, and personal expression. My teaching approach emphasises clear communication, patience, and adaptability to each student’s learning style.
I focus on developing strong fundamentals such as finger technique, hand coordination, rhythm, and sight-reading before moving to advanced techniques. Alongside piano, I teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm exercises to ensure students gain a complete understanding of music. I make lessons engaging and fun through song practice, improvisation, and creative exercises.
My goal is to help students build confidence, stay consistent, and develop disciplined practice habits. I aim to create a positive and inspiring environment where students feel motivated to explore their musical potential and enjoy the learning process.

I follow a student-centred, engaging, and creative teaching methodology. I believe piano lessons should be motivating, fun, and tailored to each student’s abilities and goals. Through consistent communication, I understand each student’s strengths, challenges, and musical preferences, which allows me to design lessons that are effective, personalised, and inspiring.
Creativity is central to my teaching approach. Students are encouraged to improvise, compose original music, and explore different musical styles, fostering artistic confidence and a personal musical voice. Flexibility ensures lessons are adapted to the student’s pace, skill level, and preferred learning style, creating a positive and rewarding learning experience.
Alongside piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This integrated methodology strengthens technical skills, expressive ability, and musical understanding. My goal is to help students become confident, creative, and lifelong musicians.
